The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in customer service and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with product knowledge and providing recommendations
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintaining accurate customer records and order information

Skills and Qualifications
