We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in customer service and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with product knowledge and providing recommendations
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and order information
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
