We carry over one million industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

nKey Responsibilities

• nAssists customers with the intent of selling company products or services through phone, web, fax or mail communication
• nProvide a basic level of customer support but refers more complex problems to other staff members
• nRequires an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered
• nPrepares and follows up on customer quotes
• nProvides pricing and availability of our product to customers
• nRequests and coordinates discounted prices on orders
• nMaintain required call quality level
• nInputs all sales orders as a result of customer negotiations
• nSells additional product through suggestive selling techniques
• nPerforms other duties as assigned

nCompetencies and skills

• n2 + years sales or call center experience required
• nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills
• nDemonstrated high level of dependability
• nIntermediate (or higher) proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook
• nAbility to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints is required
• nBasic math/spelling skills required
• nMust be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm
• nProficient written and spoken French Language is a plus
