CUSTOMER SERVICE
To provide a seamless experience addressing customers questions or issues over the E-mails to UK Customers and to efficiently fulfill all the assigned job responsibilities as per the prerequisites.
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
- Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
- Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with while servicing the customers.
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Must-Have - Professional Written skills in English .
