Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing complaints, and providing a positive customer experience. As a remote position, the Customer Service Representative will work from home and communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service Skills
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and managing complaints
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and creating a positive customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
