Job Title: Senior Customer Care Representative - US Outbound Calls (Night Shift)

  • Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Care Representative with a strong background in handling US outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, fluency in US English, and the ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment. This role requires a professional who can manage customer relationships, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of our customer service operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to customers in the US to promote products/services, provide information, and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer service targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer service and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a US outbound calls role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Education: Any degree is acceptable.
Language Skills: Fluency in US English is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Working Conditions:
Shift: Night shift to align with US business hours.
  • Location: On-site work is required.
