Job Description: Customer Support Executive- Location: Gurugram,Haryana
- Shift: 24/7 rotational shift. Day shift available for females till 9 pm; rotational shift for males.
- Salary: 23,000 to 29,000 CTC per month
Graduates from any field
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI)- Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi
Versant 5-6 certification preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
