Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

We have an opening for the Credit card collection.

We are hiring for credit card collections (US)

Qualification: SSC/HSC/GRADUATE

Age - Upto 35 years

Male/Female both can apply.

Shift timing : 7 pm to 4 am

5 days working, 2 rotational offs

Requirement: Need candidates with US SALES/ RETENTIONS/COLLECTIONS/CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Salary upto 40k

For Non Collections Exp. - upto 32k (With exception 34k)

For Collections Exp. - upto 38k ( With exception 40k )

Communication should be Good or excellent.
