Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US banking clients.- Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Problem Solving:- Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and guidelines.
Skills and Requirements:Education:
Graduates (Freshers welcome).
- Graduates/Undergraduates with any BPO experience.
Experience:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills.
Experienced candidates with a background in BPO, especially with US clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer Service:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.Flexibility:
Willingness to work in shifts as required by the process.
