Job Description

Title - US/UK Customer Service

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility

Salary - Up to max 36K CTC + 5-6K monthly Incentives

Shift Timings : Rotational

Hiring for a Pilot Batch

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with US process and inbound calling is preferred
  • Willingness to work night shifts as per US/UK time zone
  • Knowledge of logistics and BPO industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist customers in navigating the company's products or services
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Achieve performance targets and KPIs
  • No Sales/ No Targets.
