This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at BownBee located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers
• Experience in retail or customer service roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
