Job description- BeeperMD looking for passionate English speaking Customer Service/Support Representatives who are fluent enough to have conversations with US customers.
- Role: Customer Service Representative
Interface with US customers via inbound calls.
- Excellent verbal Skills in English.
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
Support customers across telecommunications.
- 2.Role: Customer Support (Room Developer)
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle troubleshooting for MedTechs via Video Call.
Chat with MedTechs regarding the appointment booking.- Assist the MedTechs for connecting them with Practitioner.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- English Fluency level: Fluent.
- Immediate joiners will be given first preference
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English.
- Flexible with a 24/7 Environment.
- Must have worked with International BPO in voice process.
- Shift: Rotational Shift(247) and 5 Days working.
- Job Location: Should be willing to relocate to Chandigarh.
- Office Occupancy: Work from Office Only.English (Mandatory)
