Job Description

  • Customer interactions: Customer care executives are the main point of contact for customers, handling their queries and complaints through multiple channels. They may interact with customers by phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Customer service: Customer care executives provide a positive customer experience by responding quickly and professionally to customer inquiries. They may also help customers choose products, manage orders, and process payments and returns.
  • Customer satisfaction: Customer care executives are responsible for building a positive company image and ensuring customer satisfaction. They may conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommendations: Customer care executives may create recommendations for best practices.

Pay: 11,284.03 - 36,297.42 per month
