Customer Support Executive
Location - Noida
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Achieve performance targets set by the management team.
*Requirements: *
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
