Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints, and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
