- greet and welcome guests as they come and go

- Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.
- Should be from F&B Industry
- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the AMADORA Operations Manual.
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
- Understands and adheres to the 3-step method for cleaning
- Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
- Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
- Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
- Maintain a visitors log book.
- Have an overview of the office expenses and costs.
- 3 times Food and accommodation will be provided by the company

Requirements
- high school or bachelors degree
- Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
- Must know how to use office machinery like a factory tools, follow the instructions given t them
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent communication, written and people skills.
- Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving ability with analytical skill.
- Customer oriented and professional attitude.
