Main Objectives of the Job:

1. Serves internal and external customer and maintaining good rapport in order to achieve company's
vision and mission.
2. Handling of orders, co-ordination of delivery and preparing commercial documentation.
3. In-house sales support including handling customer enquiries, quotation and complaint.
Being able to individually handle customer and executing orders.External customers - Interacts customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
4. To harmonize and work closely with various internal teams to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
5. Act as single point accountability for the Sales's order entry and expediting funtions.
6. Respond professionally to customer questions related to order entry and expediting.
7. Maintain order entry and expediting in a manner that best facilitates the team's ability to achive
sales goals.
8. Work with the group to optimize the order entry and expediting functions in a spirit of cooperation and continuous improvement.

Tasks:

1. Attend general enquiries via any communication tools i.e telephone, email, Skype etc
Products related enquiries, new leads and preparing quotation.

2. Verify customer's order
Validate prices against agreed buying and quoted selling.
Liaise with inter-company (IC) on stock availability, delivery lead time, product specification etc before placing order in system.

3. Coordinating order
Counter check purchase order (PO) against order confirmation (OC) and make sure all customer requirement has been fulfill and tally.
Send OC to customer within agreed working hours.
Coordinating with customer, internal teams on any matter concerning the order.

4. Process billing / invoicing
Adhere to pricing guidelines established by Centre Head.

5. Assist in payment follow up.

6. Assist in resolving customer complaints

Gather informatoin related to the complaint i.e failure description, roll no, affected length, invoice no, pricing, costing etc.
Coordinating investigation progress with all parties involved until complaint closed.
Communicating with customers about their experiences with a product or service.

7. Preparing report
Ensure reports are submitted on timely basis when requested by Sales or Management team.

8. Assist in updating database in ERP
Creating new business partner (BP), update BP details, opening credit application etc.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

9. Administrative work
Support in administrative work relating to customer or vendor such as posting, courier arrangement, sample handling, fax-in / out, handling incoming telephone call, filing etc.

10. Managing Assigned Sales Accounts & Order execution
Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.

11. Others
Any ad hoc assignment given by Supervisor, Manager or Sales from time to time
Sefar employees are responsible for the quality of their work through understanding and
fulfilling our customer's requirement.
Follow Division goals, standards, policies and guidelines.
Uses all available technology (e.g., email, call, skype, ect.) to support the sales effort.

Education:
Must possess at least Diploma/Graduate
Bachelor Degree, any field.

Skill / Experience:
At least 2-3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Preferably Junior Executive specializing in
Customer service or equivalent
Required language (s) : English, Hindi
Must be observant, organized, fast learner and
Computer Literate.- Windows, Word and Excel.
Must be organized, self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented and display a positive attitude.
Ability to deal with frequent changes, challenging customers and focus in sales and services.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize duties quickly and effectively.

Authority/Responsibility Level:

It is the responsibility of this position to ensure that all inquiries are addressed completely and all transactions necessary to support the quote and order fulfillment process meet customer expectations.
