Assist customers with their orders on Amazon, Flipkart, and our website.
- Manage returns, refunds, and replacements in accordance with company policies.
Provide information on order status, shipping, and product details.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth customer service.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department or manager.
