This job required to do the below activity.
- Spares Handling - Spare issue / receipt / Followup
- Follow the complete process of Spares Handling including register maintenance , taking snap , uploading , sending mail , filing the document , and followup.
- Excel knowledge is must .
- Should be able to communicate in English.
- Mail sending / attend to customer call and handling escalation.
- Complaint handling , assigning the compliant tickets with engineers , following up with the engineers , updating the status in system , following up with all stake holders , sending / answering the calls , making reports , attending review meeting
- Taking full ownership on calls management , escalation & spares management.
