Food Darzee is a health and nutrition company based in Mumbai. Our mission is to personalize food based on the exact nutritional requirements of our customers to help them achieve their goals. We specialize in the Ketogenic diet, which is a high-fat, moderate protein diet with minimal carbs. Our meals are designed by nutritionists in collaboration with expert chefs and delivered right to your doorstep.

Location- Mahim, Mumbai

Stipend- Rs 35,000 per month

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Food Darzee. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and overseeing all aspects of customer support. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis. The role will also involve overseeing the customer service team, planning their call schedules, keeping their work in check and ensuring maximum conversions of our customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in the food or health industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
