Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Fermat Prime Enterprises. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create online transactions for clients
- to work in sync with other team members to ensure smooth flow of transactions, updation of reports from registrars (CAMS, Karvy, PMS, etc)
- To prepare MIS of work given and keep it updated for transactions initiated, failed and completed
- To maintain other MIS as instructed by the superiors, relating to but not limited to client transactions
- This role is located in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Analytical Skills to evaluate customer interactions and identify areas for improvement
- Strong Communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus
