Job Description

Improving Customer Service Experience:
  • Create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Setting Clear Mission and Strategies:
Define a clear mission for the department.
  • Deploy strategies focused on achieving that mission.
Developing Procedures and Standards:
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
Keep accurate records of customer service actions and discussions.
Analyzing and Reporting: Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
