Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service representative at LaSTiG. As a Customer Service representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer support and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and effective communication
  • Experience in delivering a positive customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
