We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner

• Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate departments
• Maintaining accurate customer records and information
• Providing customers with product and service information
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer needs are met

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
