- 0-18 months experience:

Shifts: US shifts, 5 days a week with rotational shifts and 2 split offs

Facility: Provided both-way cab transportation

As a Customer Service Associate in our International Voice Process, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our global clientele.

Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner.

- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, billing, and other queries.

- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.

- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a memorable experience during every interaction.

Requirements:*
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (any stream).
