JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work on banking related inquiries, handling payment adjustments.
- Knowledge of ACH (Automated Clearing House) is Must.
- Candidate with knowledge on payments
- Experience in bounce report ,payment reports ,cash applications(auto debit, EMI , bounce transaction ,pending charges & loan repayment)
- To hiring candidates from banking process, fraud investigation (underwriting department), transaction monitoring.
- Inbound/Outbound customer and client contact to resolve inquiries.
- Use of various databases and software programs to obtain and communicate information to customers.
- Work closely with Collections department.
- Telephone and email outreach to current customers.
- Review reports for accounts requiring attention with regards to collections.
- Data entry of customer information into templates.
- Prioritize tasks, assignments, and customer inquiries in an effective and efficient manner.

- 3 years relevant experience in Finance/ Banking related field.

Pay: 10,441.17 - 31,330.08 per month
