Role Description
This is a full-time remote Customer Service - Fresher role at Claro Energy. The role involves providing customer support, handling inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Basic Understanding of using customer service software and tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
