As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Malad, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues via various channels (chat, phone, email).
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers as per their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
