Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong convincing and persuasive skills
- Own laptop and high-speed internet connection
- Willingness to work in shifts as per the company's requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone
- Assist customers with their product and service inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate information
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Document customer interactions and update customer records with relevant information
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security
