*Job Description:*
Niva Bupa is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities include:
- *Customer Interaction:* Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address and resolve customer inquiries.
- *Issue Resolution:* Offer accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and effectively handle customer concerns.
- *Record Keeping:* Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- *Feedback Collection:* Collect customer feedback to contribute to service and product improvements.
- *Performance Metrics:* Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times.
*Requirements:*
- *Experience:* Minimum of 6 months in a customer support role, with proper documentation from previous employers.
- *Education:* Graduate with a relevant degree.
- *Communication Skills:* Excellent English communication skills (A+ level); proficiency in additional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Punjabi, or Gujarati is an advantage.
