Overview

The Customer Service Executive Trainee will provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and assist in lead generation and Telecalling to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, emails, and live chats promptly.

  • Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.

Required Qualifications
