Overview
The Customer Service Executive Trainee will provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and assist in
lead generation and Telecalling to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls, emails, and live chats promptly.
- Resolve customer issues and provide product information.
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.

Required Qualifications

- 0 - 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
