Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess good communication & conversation skills in Hindi & Marathi . Should have a creative mindset, ensuring all customer inquiries and service requirements are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing all their service requirements.
2. Service Coordination: Handle customer requests including bookings, loan cases, payment follow-ups, and other service-related inquiries.
3. Documentation: Coordinate and manage the execution of agreements and sale deeds.
4. Internal Coordination: Facilitate necessary internal changes in flats and coordinate with technical, administrative, finance, and accounts teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Customer Interaction: Answer all customer calls and, if required, visit sites to resolve issues or provide information.
6. Marketing Support: Assist in the coordination of marketing content and required information to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.
7. Database Management: Maintain and manage the customer database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in database management and MS Office suite.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector, is an advantage.
- Willingness to visit sites and interact directly with customers as needed.
