Customer Service Executive

Location: Kandivali/Reay Road(Harbour Line)

Job Profile:


Clarify customer requirements

Provide resolution to the customer

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns

Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services

Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.

Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business

performance.

Track, document and retrieve information in the call tracking database

Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary

sources, or more senior staff

- Greet & attend walking customer

- Offer refreshment & understand their needs

- Offer them test drive of vehicle & also explain features of the car.

- Offer them various add on schemes provide by dealership like vehicle loan scheme

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15,
  • 00 - 20,000.00 per month

    Education:
  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
  • total work: 1 year (Required)
Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Language:
  • English (Preferred)

Hindi (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
