We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior team members as necessary
- Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Skills and Qualifications
- UG or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
