Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and escalating issues to senior team members as necessary
  • Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Skills and Qualifications

  • UG or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
