- Should have computer and Internet knowledge / knowledge of Billing querie
Special Remarks -
- International voice process experience is must
- Age Less than 40 years
- Education Should not be pursuing any fulltime or part time courses/degree.
- US process night shift will be there, but agent should be ok with 24*7 / rotational shifts
- Client name cannot be disclosed but it would be a US based Telecom Process
- Cab Facility available for both side with Rs 500 deduction from salary
