Job Title: Customer Service Executive

CTC: 3.9 to 5 LPA

Location: Pune

Experience - 0.6 months to 5 years

Designation

  • Customer care representative requires more than 6 months experience
  • Sr. Customer care representative requires more than 18 months experience

Requirement

  • Excellent Communication skills who can speak with US natives
  • minimum 6 months of International BPO voice exp
  • Should have computer and Internet knowledge / knowledge of Billing querie

Special Remarks -

  • International voice process experience is must
  • Age Less than 40 years
  • Education Should not be pursuing any fulltime or part time courses/degree.
  • US process night shift will be there, but agent should be ok with 24*7 / rotational shifts
  • Client name cannot be disclosed but it would be a US based Telecom Process
  • Cab Facility available for both side with Rs 500 deduction from salary
