We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in customer service and should be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of customers

Note: 24*7 shifts with 2 week offs
