This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive as part of a
team managed by us and servicing a well known MNC client. This role is located
in Andheri, Mumbai.
Receive and validate customer orders via email / online portal
Accurately enter the orders in SAP (ERP software)
Build and maintain strong connect with customers as well as commercial stake holders
Own customer queries and ensure they are resolved within the set timelines by working closely with other cross functional teams
Ensure any customer issues with regards to the order entry portal are resolved with the help of the IT team
Ensure processes are followed as per the SOPs set and operate in compliant manner
Generate and present timely reports
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent written as well as oral communication skills
Advanced Excel knowledge and experience
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
Fluency in English and Hindi
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
