Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Executive - Marathi at Knee Xpert, located in Indore. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Customer satisfaction and customer support skills
- Knowledge of customer service management principles
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer issues
- Fluency in Marathi language
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
