Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Executive at Magnum Group's location in Bhopal. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.
