Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Executive at Magnum Group in Bhopal. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, managing customer service operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will handle various forms of customer communication, including voice, email, and chat.

  • Experience in customer service management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries
  • Knowledge of customer satisfaction metrics and techniques
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the telecom or related industry is desirable
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial
