Relationship Management:

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on feedback and service performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments for a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and improvements.
