Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive with experience in the timber/wood industry to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate product, service, and pricing information.
Resolve complaints and issues promptly.

Order Processing:

Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with sales and logistics for timely delivery.
Monitor and update order status for customers.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on feedback and service performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments for a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and improvements.
