We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with 2-4 years of experience in logistics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Update customers on the status of their shipments and provide tracking information
  • Resolve customer issues related to delivery, returns, and refunds
  • Maintain customer records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
