Job Description

  1. Should be efficient in handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer queries, demonstrating right product structure to the registered & non-registered users.
  2. Converting them into paid users, establishing & maintaining interpersonal relationships with the registered & paid users and generating references
  3. Guiding registered users for making payments & other access issues
  4. Updating about new course launch or any upcoming online events, proper documentation of the registered, Paid & Unregistered users.
Skills Required:
  1. Basic understanding of stock and financial markets, sales skills, active listener, active learner, good speaker
  2. Compassionate in telephonic calls, good communication skills
  3. Basic computer knowledge, ambitious in achieving targets
