Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in building positive relationships and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15,000.00 - 17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Hindi (Preferred)
