Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Freakins in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, managing customer service operations, and maintaining a high level of customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction
  • Customer Support and Customer Service Management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of denim fashion or retail industry is a plus
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
