Job Description

Designation: Customer Service Executive

Someone with very good communication skills, calm and have experience in customer handling and grievance resolution along with very calm and helpful, understand the needs and wants of customer and have good common sense to resolve the query and retain the customer efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Responding to customer inquiries promptly via email, live chat, phone, and social media.

2. Guiding customers on product features and benefits.

3. Handling customer complaints with empathy and finding solutions.

4. Managing customer accounts, including setup and renewals.

5. Assisting with onboarding and training for new users.

6. Collecting and documenting customer feedbacks, in message and video form.

7. Collaborating with other departments for customer needs.

8. Maintaining a knowledge base for self-service support.

9. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

10. Handling the schedule of classes time to time

11. Other administrative work

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

2. Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

3. Experience in customer relationship management or similar roles.

4. Analytical mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.

Location: Bhopal M.P (Onsite)

Type: Work from Office

CTC: 2 LPA to 3.5 LPA
