Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Operations Executive to join our team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The primary responsibility of this role is to call potential leads and convert them into satisfied customers. The Customer Operations Executive will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth customer service operations, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers

-Proven experience in customer service management and providing exceptional customer support

-Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

-Comprehensive knowledge of customer service principles and practices

-Experience in lead conversion and sales is highly desirable
