We are searching for an engaged Customer Services Representative to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.
Answering/Calling phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Developing relation with the customers- Identifying new opportunities
Achieving Sales target
- Negotiation and Closing deals
Analyze the market- Preparing and sending proposals
High school diploma or equivalent.- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Must have
1 year experience in B2B Sales
- Ability to build relation and close the leads
Ability to work independently- Convert the lead and close the deal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15,- 00 - 25,000.00 per month
