Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive. As a Customer Service Executive at Almo, your day-to-day tasks will include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service operations. You will be responsible for building strong interpersonal relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Experience in customer service or customer support
  • Knowledge of customer service management principles
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
