To attend service incidents of medical imaging equipments like CT scan machine, MRI scan machine, Angiography (Cath lab) machines, x-ray machines and other equipments supplied by Siemens Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
Service incidents are of various types, like scheduled preventive maintenance job, service breakdown job, scheduled update job, Network configuration related service job, installation of CT scan and other machines
Communication with internal colleagues of various functions like sales, administration, project management, service call center colleagues
Travelling alone to customer sites, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other medical establishments where medical equipments of Siemens Healthcare Pvt Ltd are installed and back to office/Residence.
Preparation of service reports describing service incident from technical point of view
Learning various product knowledge, Process knowledge, exhibiting good behavioral expression and application of knowledge gained through various in-house learning processes
Adherence to various processes and ability to develop own self to various new technologies
Education qualification:
B.E/B/Tech in Electronicsand Communication / Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Biomedical Engineering / etc.
