Job Overview

Our Bpo client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Salary is up to 6 LPA
